Prudential takes pride in everything we build. This is why our attention to detail starts below the foundation of all our homes. When we say below the foundation we mean the dirt that your home is sitting on.  The dirt below each home has special characteristics that can be different from one home to the next. As you move around the valley our soil (or dirt) is classified into different zones. If the soil is not prepared properly, it can lift or drop your homes foundation causing structural damage to the frame work and other areas of your home. This cause and effect, is most commonly noticed when we see cracks in drywall, doors that won't close, stucco popping off, and sometimes even roof leaks. Don't let building mistakes cause these types of problems.

The Registrar of Contractors has noticed a significant increase in major structural failures in the last ten years. Please educate yourself about these and other issues when looking at building a home. The costs involved in repairing damage after a few years can be substantial.
