ExperienceEstablished by Dean R. Mowen in 1985, Prudential Construction is led by veterans of the industry and people with extensive experience in construction. Clients have seen the results of our craftsmanship: from manufacturing facilities to research and development buildings; tilt-up buildings to tenant improvements; restaurants; office projects to shopping centers; a court building to a fire station; bio-science labs to state and federal projects. Since its inception, our company has built nearly 2,000,000 square feet of commercial and industrial space. We also have completed $18,000,000 worth of commercial, office and retail tenant improvements. In the past years Prudential Construction has also built a number of homes. In 2001 we started to pursue the home building market in Arizona. We have taken our experience and care for detail to offer top quality Custom and Spec. homes.
